Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my box stored?

Your MyVacationLocker Box is stored securely in our climate-controlled warehouse (storage facility) while you’re not in town. Our storage area is monitored and designed to keep your belongings protected until your arrival.

How do hotel delivery and pickup work?

We deliver your box directly to your hotel on the date you choose (before or on your arrival day). At the end of your stay, we pick up the box from the hotel and return it to our facility—so everything stays simple and stress-free. Our service hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).

Which hotels do you deliver to and pick up from?

We serve Orlando and surrounding areas. You can check the list of supported hotels on our website. If your hotel isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.

Do I need to be at the hotel to receive my box?

No. You don’t need to be present. We coordinate delivery directly with the hotel so your box can be safely held until you arrive.

Can I store electronics in the box?

Yes. Electronics are allowed. We recommend packing them carefully to prevent damage.
Devices with built-in batteries are also allowed (for example: electric toothbrushes, electric shavers, etc.).

Can I store batteries or power banks?

No. For safety reasons, we do not allow loose (spare) batteries or power banks, due to the risk of battery instability and fire.

Is it safe?

Yes. Safety is a priority at MyVacationLocker. Our facility is monitored, and all boxes are handled with care during storage, delivery, and pickup.

What is not allowed in the box?

For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed:

  • food and perishable items;
  • flammable or explosive materials;
  • illegal items;
  • loose (spare) batteries and power banks;
  • any item considered hazardous or dangerous.

How long can my box stay stored?

As long as needed, as long as your subscription remains active and paid.

Can I pick up my box directly from the MyVacationLocker warehouse?

Yes. You can pick up your box directly from our warehouse during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). We recommend contacting us in advance so we can coordinate your pickup.

What if the hotel cannot accept or store the box?

In that case, delivery/pickup must be completed directly at our warehouse.

How do I pay?

Payment is completed online through a secure platform. All pricing and payment options are shown during booking. We do not store your credit card information.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel periods.

What if my travel dates change?

No problem. Contact us in advance and we’ll adjust your delivery and pickup dates, subject to availability.

Will I be notified when my box is delivered or picked up at the hotel?

Yes. Once your box is delivered or picked up, you’ll receive an alert by SMS and email, and you can also track the status on our website.

Does the subscription renew automatically? How do I cancel?

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the already-paid period.

What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the period already paid, and it will not renew after that.

How many boxes can I have?

As many as you want. Each box has its own subscription plan. Starting from your second box, you pay only 50% of the subscription price for each additional box.

High-value items and insurance

We recommend not storing high-value items.
Our standard insurance coverage applies only while your box is stored in our warehouse, and coverage is limited up to the amount of the annual subscription fee (per box).
While the box is at the hotel, this coverage does not apply, and responsibility remains with the customer until the box returns to our warehouse.
